What happens to your data
Before any text goes to an external AI service (Anthropic for the writing, TypeSafe in the US for the scoring), fixed patterns and a local language model (Qwen, running on my own computer rather than at an external service) replace names of people, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses and postcodes, profile links, IBAN and BSN numbers, and dates of birth that are labelled as such with labels like [PERSON_1].
Share only what's needed: an ordinary CV and a vacancy. No data about other people, no health, identity or financial data, no confidential employer information. Unsure? Use an edited or fictional CV.

This is pseudonymisation, not anonymisation: detection is automatic and can miss things, and your career itself can make you recognisable.
Rounds are deleted after 30 days; you can delete them earlier yourself. The external services don't train models on your text.
